Teaching Resource Manual

This “Resource Manual” is the result of over a year compiling, organizing, researching, and remembering, all my years of teaching dance, since I graduated from college in 1972.  I wanted to share with others all that I have discovered, learned and accomplished in the last ten-plus years teaching a very successful program of fitness for seniors.

IMG_0025I have spent hours and hours making sure that this manual included all that anyone would need, with study and practice to sit down with whatever music they have and teach seniors a fun and successful fitness class.

I hope to get this to as many  fitness professionals, caregivers, recreation professionals and activity directors for seniors as possible to help with their fitness and health goals for their seniors, in a fun exciting way.

If you find that you would like to have further training please contact me and we can arrange for one-on-one training.  If you want to get a group of professionals together I can give a discount on the cost.

Please feel free to call, or email me anytime if you have questions, suggestions or want the extra training.

    Hi Becky,

I would like to teach your program where I work. I do a chair dance class there now, but find that the music is really their preference. I am getting better at changing choreography to fit their needs but need more help. I want to make sure that your resource book is still available before I order it.

    thanks for your help

Hi Becky. The order link doesn’t work. Is there any other way I could buy your manual?

I’m also very interested in buying your manual. I am an ex principal ballerina who currently teaches fitness but am very interested in teaching this type of dance to seniors.
